You can book a free consultation call via my Calendly link below, or contact me by email using the contact form.

 

What happens after booking

Once you’ve booked a free call, you’ll receive a confirmation email, including a link to join the call at the time you chose.

If you are happy to continue, or if you decide to book a session via email:

  • We’ll schedule your first session.
  • I’ll send you an intake form to fill in, and a therapy contract to review and sign. Please send these back to me ahead of our first session.
  • You’ll receive all the details needed to join your online session.

From there, we’ll begin working together so that you can feel more balanced and in control of your life.
